This policy explains how the Dodge mobile game (package com.owlapp.dodge) handles information. It applies to the Dodge game only. For our other products, see our main privacy policy.
OWL APP LTD (Company No: 16945604) is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the limited information described below.
Dodge has no sign-up, no password and no email collection. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not have a server that stores player records.
The game saves the following on your device only. It is not transmitted to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data:
Dodge uses Google Play Games Services to sign you in and to run the leaderboard. This is provided by Google, and Google — not us — collects and processes that data. According to Google, the Play Games SDK collects:
We can see your public gamertag and score on the leaderboard, the same as any other player. We receive no email address, no real name and no account credentials. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can control or remove this data yourself from your Play Games profile, or through your Google Account settings. You may also play Dodge without signing in to Play Games; in that case you simply do not appear on the leaderboard, and the game works normally.
Dodge contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs of our own. We do not sell or share any data, and we do not use your data for advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and the app's Data safety information before the change ships.
Dodge is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we operate no accounts and collect no personal information directly, a child using the game does not disclose personal information to us.
Under UK GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, requests about your Play Games identity and scores are handled by Google through your Google Account. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will respond.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app's Play Store Data safety section as well.
